Hi
My Versa 3 is showing ‘Unlock With Phone’, I have entered the code many times and it keeps blocking it.
I have done a reset on the watch by holding down the button. Confused to advice given about holding down three buttons? I only have the one on the left, no?
I cannot pair the phone to the app because it asks me to enter the code shown on versa. It will not show me a code because it comes up with the green box and digits. I enter the pin that is connected to Apple Pay and it locks the versa again.
Online chat has suggested restarting and I have done over 50 times and the same thing happens. I’ve disconnected from Bluetooth and reconnected. I have disabled Apple Pay on my wallet for Fitbit on iPhone.
I cannot swipe anywhere on the versa without the green box and digits appearing.
I am lost on what else to do as everywhere I look it just says factory reset which I’ve tried to do multiple times.
I can’t use any functions on my versa and I’ve only had it a year so I really don’t want to have to buy another watch.
