My 2 year old did something and now my Versa 3 is locked. I cannot unlock from my phone bc an error keeps occuring. I can't even do a manual factory reset bc of the lock. Help!

I have tried but the device lock says, first, I need to reset my lock. When I click on that button then it says I have to reset my watch because the wrong code was put in too many times (by my 2 year old). Lastly, after trying to hit the reset, all I get is an error message. I tried to manually reset my watch by holding down the touch button for more than 10 seconds but the same msg just keeps coming up that the device is locked and can only be unlocked by my phone. Vicious circle. Any other options?
