Can't unlock my Versa 3

Versa 3 has a locked symbol. It is showing an orange timer counting seconds and has reached 2 hours. This happened when I selected swimming from the list of sports.

I went to the mobile phone and locking with a pin has not been enabled.

I have tried swiping, tapping and holding down the button. The device remains locked. I can get a screen which says Set up Wallet no cards have been added to your wallet. Then it returns to the timer.

It is one year old and still under the 2 year warranty.

I hope someone can help.

Hello @FionaV3 and welcome to the Community.  The Versa 3 has a water lock as part of the swimming shortcut.  It keeps the water from activating the screen when you are in the water and has nothing to do with your pin code.  You need to double press the button to turn this off.  There is a sweet spot in the timing of these two presses.  It has taken me 3-4 tries to disengage the water lock after swimming.
