My versa 3 has red lettering saying to "unlock by your phone" this came up after using it. Nothing is coming up on my phone. After doing the factory reset and the blue fitbit emblem appearing nothing happens. Has anyone experienced this themselves? And what do I do to fix it?

It sounds like the factory reset you tried was not completed successfully. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Since you already tried a factory reset and your Versa 3 seems not to be paired to your phone anymore, the only way to solve this issue is by making sure that a factory reset takes place. With that being said, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:
If you change again your phone in the future, please make sure to remove your Fitbit device from the phone's Bluetooth settings to avoid this from happening again.

Hello. I have tried all the above and the watch is still the same. Pink writing saying "unlock with your phone". When I am trying this the app is asking for a code from the watch. There is no code on the watch as i am unable to access the watch as there is no change after the reset. Could you help please?
