Hi there.
I need help please. My versa 3 is locked. I cannot open it on the app. I have factory reset it a few times. Deleted the fitbit app, disconnected and unpaired the device from my Bluetooth settings. But I still cannot get into the watch. When it gives me a pin to enter, the phone says "unlock with your phone"

The screen you're seeing (on the screen shot) is the same one you get when you're setting up a new device, and it's asking for a paring code.
About your Versa 3, this one is stuck in what I like to call the "lockout mode" because someone tried to unlock it too many times. The factory reset you performed was the perfect first move! Let's try doing it one more time, but following some specific steps.
Keep the device off the charging cable.
Press and hold the indentation on the left side until the screen goes off.
You’ll feel a short vibration. Release the button, then immediately press and hold it again.
When the logo appears on the screen, immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it again until you feel another vibration.
Once you feel the vibration, you can release the button. This means the factory reset process has begun.
After the Fitbit logo appears, the device will show an image with a phone icon and a setup indicator. At this point, the customer can set up their Fitbit device.
