Hi all
my Fitbit versa3 is locked and shows to me “unlock with your phone”
I don’t remember the PIN code and also in my app, doesn’t shows anymore the watch to try to reset.
can anyone help me ?

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone. With that being said, please refer to this article for instructions on unlocking your device: How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?
If the above doesn't work, may I know if your Versa 3 is still paired to your Fitbit account?
