“Device lock” function is disabled on Fitbit versa 3. Need this to unlock my watch.

To better understand this situation, please tell me:

  • Are you seeing any messages on your watch screen? Please attach a screenshot. 
  • Is two-factor authentication enabled?

Cannot pair my phone and watch b/c cannot get to Device lock in order to
set a new pin. It’s a loop. Advice is appreciated.
