Hi ... I've been trying to unlock my Versa using my phone but have been unable to. The same message keeps coming up on the Versa: unlock device using phone. I've reset my password on my Mac desktop as well as doing the update.
Any solutions?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Were you able to unlock your watch?
