Hi, on my versa screen show lock with your phone, but i can't conect anymore the versa with my phone, what is the solution??

Since you're unable to unlock your watch using your phone, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset on your device:
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
