Can't unlock my Versa with my phone

versa won't pair, says it's locked because it's been reported lost or something. I've tried holding down all buttons. I got it today. please help??

Hi there, @Gh0st13. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. 

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Fitbit device is no longer paired to your phone's Bluetooth and therefore, it won't give your the PIN to unlock it. With that being said, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup. At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
