Hi @HellSpawm, great to see you in the community.

Have you tried following the steps provided in the following help article (here)?

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone.

To unlock your device with your phone:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.

Thanks for answer but from the time i posted in my desperation to connect this fitbit i deleted from the app, and now i cannot pair it, because when the phone it show the 4 digits code which must appear on my fitbit screen, i don`t see anything else than UNLOCK WITH YOUR PHONE

The same happens with comp app when i try to connect to Fitbit.

I try it to do a hard reset by holding down the left button on fitbit, but it wont work...it prompts the same bloody message....

As follow it seems i am stuck and i cannot fix my watch anymore... 😞

@HellSpawm Ok thanks, I'm not sure if it will work but it's worth a try at this point.

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.

- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.

- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.

- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

My Versa (not Versa 2) it went stuck and i tried the force restart....i deleted from apps in my computer and phone too, i unpaired from both devices turned bluetooth off , power it off the comp and the phone, turning back on again after over 5 minutes (while i smoked a cig to calm down), also on Versa i performed the all 3 buttons hold for over 8 seconds until logo come up and then i release only the bottom right button, after it vibrates i release the other two buttons and...surprise.... it pop up a message with a red X and it say "DATA NOT CLEARED SYNC AND TRY AGAIN"...

Now i can say i am messing around from over 4 hours to find a bloody fix, unfortunately the methods i try above (including to force stop the app on my mobile after i deleted Versa) is the same advice everyone say.

Now let me make clear something : "None of those methods would make your Versa start again". We must have a software to connect to the computer while is in its charger and the software to detect it and to allow us to flash the system again, the message that is stated on Versa it looks like database has been affected. Unfortunately until now i cannot fix and i am looking at 170 pounds watch good to throw in a bin, and all because what....an update?
