Can't unlock my Versa with my phone

I have just tried to resync my Versa to my phone. The set up process gets to the point of sending a code to the watch but the watch screen just says “Unlock with iPhone” which I can’t do without syncing it?

Hi there, @LuHi68. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa.

To unlock the watch now that it's no longer paired to your phone, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.

At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
