I accidently deleted my device Versa and i cant unlock with my phone. The passwor is incorrect. What should i do?

To unlock the watch now that it's no longer paired to your wife's phone, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:

Yikes, sorry to see you forgot your pin code. This Fitbit help section might help here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250.htm You can read there that If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone and also covers how to rest your pin. If the device is removed from your account then it might need a factory reset and then it will need to go through the setup process again, including setting up your wallet again. I would contact Fitbit Customer Service and discuss your options with them first.
