I have accidentally locked my Versa when I try to unlock with phone by following steps it tells me a problem has occurred try again later... I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but not working.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. To unlock your watch with your phone do the following:
If you keep receiving an error, please provide me with a screenshot of it.

The exact same thing is happened to me. My versa is blocked and won’t unlock.
I follow the prompts to reset pass word and it keeps on saying “error occurred try again later” or it’s now saying something about a blue tooth error.
iv taken a screen shot but I’m not sure how to load it on this comment.

i don’t have a pc only replying on my phone. I think that’s why I can’t upload. I don’t have the option to choose a file when I press on the camera.
anyways, please can you help unlock my phone it’s been 2 days now with out it!!
So when I go into my versa on the app, it prompts me to change my pin.
I can do this, then it says “ pin set, configuring tracker” .............
then it comes up with “operation can’t be completed (FBBluetoothErrorDomain error 18 )
please help!!
is there a number I can call?

i havnt been able to use my versa for 4 days now and it’s frustrating me!!!

Why can’t I just reset my pin without having to remove my paywave cards. And can I do it from my iPhone? What if I don’t have a pc....

My Versa doesn’t have Fitpay on it. I live in Australia. I don’t know how the Versa became locked. Everything was fine then suddenly I couldn’t change my watch face and couldn’t even access my apps. I’ve tried all those suggestions about holding buttons etc and still I am locked. I have spent all the afternoon and evening on this and am really fed up with it. Why do you sell something that doesn’t work properly? I am going into,the store where I bought this Versa to try to change it for another Charge 2 which didn’t give me any trouble

I'm trying to unlock my Fitbit but I can't it says unlock with my phone but the account that I used for this one is deleted cuz I just deleted it now I have a new account and it won't connect because I can't unlock it with my phone I don't know what to do

My Fitbit Versa 2 is locked. I don't have a mobile app also to connect with. Effectively there is no pairing code also to connect with.

The fitbit gets locked when you enter the wrong PIN 10 times and then it can only be unlocked via the app on your phone. Trouble is, if you have deleted the fitbit this option is not available to you and it will not be possible to unlock it.
