I bought a Versa 3 from someone in mercari but they didn't factory reset it, so it's locked with a pin. Do I have any options are did I buy a brick.

@menacingscone I would reach out to the seller on Mercari for the PIN. Any good, reputable seller will give it to you so you can reset it.

There is an undocumented way of performing a factory reset when you don't know the PIN but it's complex and prone to problems. I would therefore suggest you get customer support to talk you through it. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
