Hi,I use versa 1 and android phone. When my versa locked, I used to unlock it using device lock. But now, I didn't find it.
I have tried all the usual things including:
- contacting fitbit support.
- Resetting watch by holding down 3 button
- Turning Bluetooth on and off (Bluetooth is working find and picks it up)
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app
Have you ever been in this situation too?
Cause fitbit customer care didn't help at all.

Try this it's works.. it's copy from one of thread
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
Once the Fitbit.com/setup screen appears, open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the watch from the list. Then, please set up the watch back to your account with the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Icbess - presumably you have resolved the issue but if not, have you tried removing the Bluetooth entry from the phone and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
Unless the watch has developed a fault it should help to get it connected again and then you should be able to sync and unlock it.
Doing a factory reset is a way to start again but isn't without risks of losing the watch altogether.
