Hey all
so I’ve got a bit of s doozy.
the watch is locked and I can’t unlock it.
I have tried the reset pin in app and didn’t work. I have tried the factory reset with the buttons, doesn’t work.
so I removed the device from my account and the phone is still locked!!
now I discovered that it is a bug with the Fitbit pay thing, but now I can’t add a new device... ie this watch because it won’t receive the numbers from the app to pair... because it is locked!
How can I unlock a phone that is now not attached to an account?!
