Can’t unlock or pair watch

Hey all

so I’ve got a bit of s doozy.

the watch is locked and I can’t unlock it. 

I have tried the reset pin in app and didn’t work. I have tried the factory reset with the buttons, doesn’t work.

so I removed the device from my account and the phone is still locked!!

now I discovered that it is a bug with the Fitbit pay thing, but now I can’t add a new device... ie this watch because it won’t receive the numbers from the app to pair... because it is locked! 

How can I unlock a phone that is now not attached to an account?!

Sorry I meant unlock the watch which is not connected to an account....

Looks like this is still unresolved. Is that correct? I am having the same problem. Keen to sort it out. Appreciate any tips.

Hi,

I got no help or resolution because I unpaired my watch. Customer service
said if didn't unpaired they could remotely unlock it.
I ended up returning my watch for a new one. Now I cant add my bank card to
my wallet in app which I could do with the last one.

Your welcome. I can imagine your frustration so I'm glad I could give you

as it seems to be a common glitch.
