"Fitbit, why was the device lock option removed from Versa 2? My brother has entered the incorrect password multiple times, prompting the 'unlock with your phone' message. After syncing the watch in the app and selecting Versa 2, I can no longer find the device lock option. Currently, I can only see the time and date, and I am unable to use apps. Please address and rectify this issue promptly, Fitbit."
