Please help!!! My daughte has accidentally locked her versa 2 and it is telling us to ‘Unlock with Your Phone’. I have troubleshot this all I can , but when doing as I’m told - going to the app, it shows her profile but not that her watch is connected so haven’t been able to use that method to unlock. It’s like it’s just not showing up although her Bluetooth is telling us it is connected. Does that make any sense??

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community. Please contact Support for more help. I searched some older threads and there are directions on how to do a factory reset on a locked device. But you should only do this if Support tells you to do it. I don't want to be responsible for a misadventure. There was an issue a while ago where a factory reset bricked a different Fitbit model.
