Can't unlock the Versa with my phone

I have a problem with my Versa. First it says "Unlock with your phone" When i use my phone to connect to it, it detects to the Versa but on the phone it comes up "Enter the number on your Versa's display" But theres are no number on my Versa. Only the "Unlock with your phone" pops up. Wont allow me to see the numbers? What to do? Ive tried restarting it etc.

Hi there @jflnorway, thanks for the update.Since you're unable to do that as your watch is not paired, if you have either the Versa Lite or Versa 2, I recommend doing a factory reset: 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset. 

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Please make sure to follow the troubleshooting steps recommended and let me know if the issue persists. If such is the case or you have the Versa (first generation), my best recommendation will be to get in touch directly with our Technical Customer Support department here. Also, I can contact them for you if necessary, just mention me and I'll move forward with the request.

Hi there @jflnorway, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to restart your Versa prior to posting here.

If you're not getting any numbers on your watch's display, I wondered if your Versa is still linked to your account? To check this, please tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image (check when was the last time it synced or if there's no Versa paired after tapping your profile picture).

There is no device that is paired at the moment. Think i tried deleting my account some time ago because it didnt work at that time either.
