Hey all
Had a bit of a boo boo.
Had to unlock my versa with my phone. Had no success.
Deleted the device on the app and tried reinstalling everything from scratch but cannot see the pin to start the whole story again.
Please help

Unfortunately, the "unlock with phone" process only works when the fitbit is connected to the phone/app. Now that you have disconnected it, it will need a factory reset and for you to set it up from scratch. The problem with that is you can't access the settings to do a factory reset!
The only way out is to do a factory reset using just the buttons. This is a complicated, undocumented procedure that is prone to errors. For that reason I recommend you doing it under the guidance of customer support. You can contact them via contact.fitbit.com
