Hi,
I have locked my versa. When trying to reset in app on Huawei p20 pro it actually said device lock disabled. I tapped it anyway and it just said connecting but never connected although I left to try for a long time. I deleted and reinstalled the app as advised, this did not work. I deleted the versa from my account, on reflection perhaps this was a rookie mistake! I tried again and it manages to find it and the watch gives me a 4 digit code which I enter then my phone says connecting, but again never connects. I don't know what to do 😕 Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated! 🙂

So is the Versa locked (ie telling you to unlock using your phone) as the title suggests? Or is the problem that it wont set up again?
