My versa lite is on version 38.33.1.30 so I've tried to update it but everything I've read just says to attach to charger and plug into a computer. It says nothing about how to get the update to start. My app isn't showing an update and all I want to do is install a new clock face but it won't let me until I update my device and when I follow the steps absolutely nothing happens.

When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then?
