Can't update Versa Lite firmware version

My Versa Lite stopped working. I was sent a replacement Versa Lite. The replacement Versa Lite does not have the newest update/version that includes Active Zone Minutes.  The replacement version is 3.32.1. I tried to update my replacement only to receive a message that my Versa Lite replacement is up to date. How do I get my replacement Versa Lite updated so that I can access Active Zone Minutes?
