Hello,
I got my versa lite 2 days ago, I tried to get some apps, but it told me that my firmware is old and need to be updated.
I checked my fitbit app if there is an update for my firmware but it couldn't find any update available, I read all of update issues here but nothing worked.
Then I did a hard reset for my watch and reinstalled fitbit app. I got a version of 38.71.6.19 and could install all of apps.
When I read more about my firmware version, I found that it is not the latest version.
I tried to do a hard reset again and reinstall fitbit app but it took me back to the old version and then updated to current version (38.71.6.19).
How can I upgrade my software to the latest version, What should I do?

I am sorry, but I've just recognized that the (38.71.6.19) is the latest version of my Fitbit Versa Lite.
