How do I update firmware on the app and watch I have a Fitbit verse special edition, it says my app is up to date, but I just want to change clock faces and it won’t let me ?

I’m trying to do it from the app on my phone but it keeps saying I need to update it, i think I figured out how to do it, I just need to connect my watch to the charger and then keep my phone close by and update it and then I should be able to
