HI all
I have never had a good experience with updating Fitbit firmware, first with my charge hr and now with my versa... it's just always a problem, so this time I held off updating, until yesterday when my sync stopped working
I have run through all the phone/app restarts, BlueTooth switch offs, etc, nothing works, the app can't find my device and can't update the firmware, and yet all my settings are unchanged/correct, my phone Bluetooth detects the versa, etc
Customer support just sent me the same old articles, nothing insightful, anyone here got any tips for example:
- Is there some way to plug my versa into my windows laptop to force the firmware update over cable perhaps?
- Any other workarounds I could consider to get this update to my watch and then hopefully fix the sync?
Thanks
