My app said I needed to update the Versa Lite. When I tried to I received the message “ Data not cleared sync and try again“.
I believe I have tried everything! I deleted the app, forgot the versa light, restarted my iPhone, hard reset the watch, and I even tried everything all at once and Then tried to reinstall the watch. I get to 100% updated and it continues to spin and then it crashes and gives me this error message. I’ve been working on it since yesterday afternoon. Very frustrating. My iPhone has the most updated operating system.

Let me help you with your Versa lite update and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this retry the update on your device.
