Today I got a message on fitbit versa app on my Iphone to update tracker. Then I put my finger on the red dot with the down arrow, and then a screen popped up with red bar showing "Update Tracker" (put my finger on the red bar). Then a new screen popped up with white bar showing "Start Uppdate" (put my finger on the white bar). Then I saw "Downloading...." and then "Installing...." It has been in this "Downloading...and Installing..." sequence on and off for several hours with nothing done. Looking for help. Thanks Tom
