Hi,
I have problem updating my Fitbit Versa special edition. The firmware installed on my smartwatch is 32.33.1.30, but the pink button to update smartwatch just won't show up in the Fitbit App. On the other hand, the Fitbit App prompts me to check if I have the latest firmware update - but how can I update my smartwatch firmware, if there is no pink update button? I can't install apps like Spotify for that reason. Please could you advise what to do?

Hi @MichiSiekelova, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the firmware of your Fitbit Versa can't be updated.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Also, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. Finally, run the firmware update again and see if the issue gets fixed.
