Can't update firmware

I've been without my fitbit for 2 days trying to download the firmware update. I am considering an Apple watch. Fitbit fix this issue!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with updating your device's firmware. I'm sorry to hear about your experience, I totally understand how you are feeling. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi before you start the update process. 
  2. Charge the device while connected to Wi-Fi.
