Can't update my Fitbit Versa!

Hi,

 

I bought a new Fitbit Versa yesterday but I can't update it ... I tried every step they tell me to do on the site of Fitbit but it won't help. I can't change my Clock faces or anything ... without the update the Fitbit app is useless, can somebody help me?

FitBit is doing the same exact thing. I cannot update it on my Android S10 or Windows 10. It keeps saying update failed. I followed everything online to no avail. THis is a birthday gift from my daughter and I would like to set it up as soon as possible.

Yeah, same issue, got my mum a charge 3, this was 2 weeks ago and no issues with hers, my friends Iconic, not a problem but I get a versa and it is like F U. No watch face just a lovely X. I love my Versa so the devastation is real. Posting hoping that there is a fix and maybe I’ll see it here because I’ve had no help at all from anyone I’ve contacted from the company or the place I got it from. Fingers crossed!

I had to return mine as nobody could help. I will never get Fitbit again when looking at comments some are 1 year old so Fitbit isn’t sorting the issues either. Good luck with your.

I have been trying to update for 2 days now. My fitbit is useless! I need someone to fix this problem as I have done everything listed above.

Hi

I just got my fitbit yesterday and it connects and syncs but I Cant update so it's a device that does nothing for me  

Can you please give me some help I already tried updating from different devices, I have restarted, I have turned off and back on and everything else suggested.

I had to call up fitbit and go through it. They updated the software and went through a bunch of different things. Took a bit to download. I had to sign out, delete the app, redownload and reset the fitbit like I was setting up a new (pairing syncing ect). Not sure of the exact process but think of it as trying to start new slate. If all else fails call them! Hope you love your versa rregardless!!!

Yeah I think they used some sort of remote locater. If you have done all the troubleshooting-like I did for a week I suggest searching on google for fitbit contact us"...
contact.fitbit.com, you can live chat or call. The live chat is great because it takes a wshile to download and you can do other things during your waiting time. myhelp.fitbit.com they will ask you to sign into your account. then fill in name, phone, product and issue. they are patient and talk you through step by step. I did all the troubleshooting also so you kinda have to bear with them and do it again but it will work after promise!!!

Hello, my Fitbit versa light is stuck on its update and has been for 8 days now it tried updating when I was on holiday but couldnt and now it's been updating continuously for 24 hours but has never completed. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, restarting my phone, trying it on other devices and nothing is working -_- only had it for 4 months.

Same here, just bought a new Versa and it is useless. Haved tried all the tricks, restart, blue tooth on and off, etc. Nothing. So is this a useless watch? Is there a fix? So frustrating.

I just kept trying and it finally updated..... but I got an Apple Watch for christmas do I sold my Fitbit
