Can't update my Fitbit desktop app

Hi everyone. Any ideas how to update Windows dekstop app? I was able to download it from fitbit.com/setup undet PC link. But now my system asks for update. But my Microsoft account keeps telling me I don't have paired device, which is obviously not true. I can see my laptop in My devices.

 

Sooo any tips? I really would like to add some music to my Versa from laptop. Since there is no Spotify app for Fitbit Smiley Mad

Hi, did you pair your Versa with your laptop? If not: on the Versa, go to settings, scroll down to BT and set it to pair. On your laptop, open settings - click devices - click on BT and other devices - enable BT and click above BT enabled, add BT or other devices. This opens another screen and choose BT Device and Windwos will start searching for your Versa. When this is finished, you will see the Versa in the list and it says "coupled". Now you should be able to sync your Versa with the Windows Desktop app or by typing www.fitbit.com, which will show you, since you're logged in to your Fitbit account, your personal dashboard.
