Can't update my Versa 2

My Versa 2 is telling me to update but when I attempt to do that it sits and sits spinning with message “looking for WiFi”. I’m at my home and my phone is on WiFi so I don’t know why the Fitbit can’t find the WiFi. Any suggestions appreciated
