Can't update my Versa 3

I cant update my versa3 in Iran 

please help me

Hi there, @Rizbit. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking that your Versa 3 is still paired and syncing to your Fitbit account. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your Versa 3 is no longer paired, please set it up by following these steps. During the set up process you'll be asked to update your Versa 3. 

If the issue persists after following the above steps, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
