Can't update my Versa 3

I want to update the Firmware since yesterday bit it does not work. I tried hundert Times on different ways, WLAN and bluetooth. After that night it does nothing... can anyone please help?

yes I try all the options but nothing does work.

today I read a message in another forum, they recommend a factory reset. The Update has been completed and the watch works again. Thank you
