Can't update my Versa

I followed the prompts to install the new version and it is still installing 10 hours later. Watch is not working.

I would like to know if you keep having issues updating your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
