I just bought my versa and I can't get it to update the firmware. ItsIpretty much useless right now. Please help.

Please supply more detailed information. The question you ask is too broad. Ie has your Fitbit been paired with Bluetooth and has it been setup with WiFi etc.

The versa is paired to my phone. I installed the app and uninstalled the app turned my phone off and restarted it. It gets to the part setting up the versa 1 of 3 sits on that screen for hours and then says can't connect but the versa is on my home screen. Then it wants to update this firmware and will do this for 6 hours or more and then says update fail try updating over Bluetooth and fails there too. If I wear the watch it tells me on the app my steps but all the watch does is tell me to download the app.
