I got a Fitbit versa lite for Christmas and it will get to 53 percent of the update and then just stop it has been doing this all day. I won’t even let me do anything on the watch. Not sure what to do.

Please follow these step by step instructions in this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? 

 

DO NOT ever attempt a factory reset as a troubleshooting method for Versa Lite.
