Can't update time on my Versa 2

Hi I’m JoJoGram. I am having a rough time getting my Fitbit to update time after charging it. Have run the update, which fixed it last time, Gone to Settings and restarted it; didn’t help, then tried pressing the side button for 10 seconds …didn’t work. Can .anyone help??

What Fitbit? 

What firmware version?

What app version?

Are you talking about the actual clock time or some other time function (exercising, walking, running, etc)?

Clock. Especially when traveling between time zones.

Make sure you have the time zone set to update automatically on your Fitbit app. Tap your profile picture, then tap “app settings”, then “Time zone”. Make sure “set automatically” is turned on and your home time zone is correct, then sync your watch.
