Can't update to the new OS

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to update my Versa to the new OS 4.1. However there's no pink 'Update' button visible. I'm running the Fitbit app on an iPhone X. What's going wrong?

The update will be introduced very gradually so it may be days or it may be weeks before you get it.  I don't have mine either.

Thanks for your quick reply! That explains a lot. They could have been clearer in that it's not available for everyone yet. Could have saved me some frustration 😉
