Can't use Deezer in Fitbit app after update

After the most recent update, I went to access Deezer to add playlists to my Versa 2 and I am unable to. It says that the server is unable to be reached and to try again. Well, I've tried constantly since the update and nada. Its been at least 3 days. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app and Deezer app. I've turned my phone and the watch off and on and still nothing. It worked perfectly fine until this update. Its basically my only music program because I have never been able to sync stations to Pandora. I've only had this watch a week.

To further investigate and better assist you, can you please specify which phone are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Can you please share a picture with me showing the error message that was described on your post?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10E. Deezer worked before I updated my watch. The update was either Tuesday or Wednesday. Since then it still says "uh oh. there was a problem reaching the serve rand to try again later." I try several times a day to see if it has been fixed. My browser won't allow me to add a picture from my phone or I would.

This is a widespread problem right now.  I don't think it matters what phone anyone is using.  It has affected my versa 2 for about a week, there is a thread where it's affecting the ionic, and another person who has a sense says she's having the same problem.  Another moderator said it was fixed, but obviously it has not been fixed.

Yeah. It worked for a day and then stopped working again. Ironically, now my watch has finally added my Pandora stations lol

I'm having the same issue as well. My music from my Versa 2 also disappeared with the recent update.

 

On the app, it states this error message:

 

"There was a problem reaching the server. Please trying again later"

I was able to manage my Deezer playlists last week!  I hope everyone else is having success, too.
