In your app, select your Versa (little versa icon in the top right corner of the dashboard screen. Scroll down to and select Exercise shortcuts. On the screen that comes up select the activity you want to use GPS on (eg run) and on the pafe that comes up you can turn Connected GPS on.

Just to add to what @NellyG said that Versa doesn't have a GPS module but relies on your smartphone GPS (connected GPS per Fitbit terminology)
