Can't use Quick Replies on my Versa 2

I’ve read/watched videos and searched my app over and over - I can only quick reply to my fitbit alerts - how can I enable my text messages for quick reply? I can see them, get the vibrate alert but can’t reply and it’s driving me nuts! LOL

Hi there @mdoherty420, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to search for the answer in order to use Quick Replies on your Versa 2 prior to posting here.

As per the description of your post, it seems that you're using an iOS phone, aren't you? If so, please note that this feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. I'd like to let you know that at this moment such feature is not currently planned for our iOS users just as stated on this feature suggestion: Quick Replies for iOS Devices. However, even though the current status is Not currently planned, this doesn't mean that we are not reviewing the feedback we receive from our iOS users, therefore, I suggest you to participate there, leave your comments and a vote. We look forward to review your input.
