Hi all,

I can't seem to be able to use quick reply on my versa 2.  I'm not using any sort of third party app like textra. My phone is Oppo A9.

Thank in advance for your help.

Hi there @Yancypot, welcome to the Community Forums.

Before anything else, please note that your Oppo A9 is not yet supported by the Fitbit app which would explain why quick replies aren't working. To see the list the compatible devices, see Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Moving on to the troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend checking How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?
