There's only one media option for me, which is Spotify, and I can't seem to transfer music to device or use Spotify on the Fitbit, please help...

@Coxyy   The full name of the Spotify app is Spotify - Connect & Control.  It lets you control Spotify playing on another device - phone, laptop, TV, etc.  It doesn't transfer playlists for offline play.  This is very confusing and upsetting to Fitbit users.
