Can't use music control and bluetooth headphones with Android phone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Motorola Droid Z Force running Android 7.1.1, LG HBS910 bluetooth headphones, and a Fitbit Versa Special Edition.

I connected my Versa to my phone via Versa Classic, but I can't use music controls on my Versa with my LG headset connected to my phone via bluetooth.

Please help, I'd really like to use the music controls feature, but don't want to get new headphones or use corded headphones.

i couldnt bluetooth my headphones either.  But for me that is fine, I used sirius on my phone anyway.  It seems you have to use Pandora or the dreezle.  which you have to pay for.

I already pay for Google Play Music, so I won't be paying for a new subscription service.

Even supported phones are not working with the Bluetooth controlcontro feature... I too use Google Play Music and controls do not show up on my pixel. It's incredibly frustrating being advertised in large print on the side of the box! Haha
