Can't use quick response

I can no longer use quick responses to texts from my Versa. Wasn't previously an issue with my GALAXY s9, started a few weeks ago. Restarting versa and phone doesn't seem to help.

Hi, you will need to restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row if you want to solve the problem. If that does not solve your problem, try the following:

1. First of all before doing it, do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app.

2. Deinstall the Fitbit app

3. Restart your phone

4. Reinstall Fitbit app and, of course, enable BT

5, Sync your Versa with the Fitbit app
