Yes, provided that the phones in question are supported devices and have the Fitbit app on them. I currently have mine linked to my Windows 10 laptop, my Android phone, and my Kindle Fire.
However, there cannot be more than one Versa connected to your account. There also can't be an Ionic and Versa connected to your account. There can't be more than one type of each tracker connected to your account.

Hey @Fatboy-r-slim, welcome aboard! Well, normally, if you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit device, your device has a Bluetooth "bond" with the phone or tablet that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the Fitbit device from syncing with another phone, tablet, or computer.
To quickly and temporarily disable the bond, turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. You can turn it back on later to resume syncing.
If you no longer use notifications, remove the bond:
However, you can give it a try and as @DramaQueenDiva, if both phones are compatible, your Versa might sync with both without inconvenience, just keep in mind that I can't guarantee that.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
