Just out of curiosity,  can the Versa be repaired? Like if it can, does fitbit actually do the repairs and then send it back?

Ya, I know. As a fitbit user, not once has fitbit ever asked me to send in my watch for "repairs."  I had a warranty on my last watch that was in addition to the one fitbit automatically offers. This warranty company claims they gave repaired the watch. I'd love a fitbit employee to confirm that this model cannot be repaired. I have continually asked this company how they "repaired" the watch, when fitbit doesn't repair the watches. They have yet to answer that question.

Can fitbits be repaired? YES to an extent

My battery wouldn't hold a charge and the screen kept acting nutty and this company did repair it. I have an extended warranty and this company was not going to just send me the money to get another fitbit right away. They said they were going to fix it. I'd asked how, but wasn't given a response.

4 weeks later, I got my fitbit back and it was repaired. After they repaired it, that was the 1st time I hadn't had an issue in 7 months or so. The issue has recently come back 😢 so I have to send it out once more.

Just so you know, some of these warranty companies will repair your fitbit👍🏾

blueisis02, what is the address of the Fitbit repair center? My Versa 3 stopped functioning after biking in the rain. It was advertised as immersible, up to a meter or so. The green heart sensor light stopped, so the watch no longer records any heart rate information or zone minutes. The watch was 18 months old, 6 months out of warranty. I was hoping customer support would help as I wished to have the watch repaired, however all they were able to offer was a 35% discount on the purchase price toward a new watch. If Fitbit considers a $200+ watch as disposable, I will consider Fitbit a disposable company and will rigorously promote its competitors to the large bike community I belong to. Extremely disappointed with Fitbit customer service.
